The “Divide” has a 50/50 two-tone matte urethane cover, which makes a 360° alignment line around the ball. That helps with putting alignment. 

When the ball spins (especially on chips and pitches), the contrasting colors create a strobe effect, so you can see the spin direction and speed. 

The high-contrast colors also make the ball easier to track in flight and find on the ground.
